Solid hike today, nice to get Seth up to the Whites and get in some solid miles with him. Surprisingly warm day as it tends to be up here, but luckily had more than enough liquid this time as opposed to the usual scenario. 

Legs held up quite well, that is at least until I hooked a toe with less than half a mile to go and over extended the bad hamstring. Hooked plenty of toes, but this was the first time it caused any problems.

Glad to have gotten this in today, only two more peaks left on the September grid and I'm hoping to knock them out tomorrow. Snagging a crown on the Wildcat ascent was a nice touch, though falling five seconds shy on another does sting a little.
