The kids were told to stay behind Mr. Golan at the front of the group, but they started running on the downhill, so I had to run a catch and pass them. We lost one - really! - so I got to bonus hike the trail from Avy to Lake McDonald Lodge that I didn’t know existed (highlight: no bugs!) to look for him. He found his own way out by swampdogging it through Moose Country out to the road.
