- Slipped near the summit of Blackhead and really opened up my shin.  There was a guy who's working on his grid, Manny, if anybody knows him please put me into contact..he took care of me as he was hiking w/ friends...wet wipes and athletic tape did me right! 
- A big thank you to Ian Shultis for giving me some extra wrap and checking in on me at Palenville and Platte Clove!
- I had a lot of good and positive vibes with this one...so nice to see all of the trail fam! Everybody is just amazing and the trail community is just the best!
