Susquehanna island paddle adventure

Truly peak heat. Ran out of water before we even started climbing, because we paddled so much before getting there and then took a little lunch break after setting up the anchors. Could absolutely send with another go!

Confidently pointed us toward opposite shore. Paddleboard nearly blew away when the storm first hit right as we were about to ship off. Nearly tipped over several times crossing the small stretch of river bc wind was so strong. Probably would've gotten washed away, but we didn't tip and did indeed make it to safely to other shore. Assured Jonah we were not on an island, and he deflated his paddleboard. Double checked my phone and we were most certainly on an island. Reinflated paddleboard as big rain and thunder hit. Took shelter in a very conveniently placed island cabin 🛖
