Felt pretty good, just low on gas- was not fast enough and got cut at Last Chance. Very dusty. Long sleeve shirt, shorts (Oiselle) Hoka ATR 6 9D 3 500ml bottles from aid stations, muertin or skacth mix. Fulling every 45 min, PBJ Feel taped were okay at this point. No ambulation lameness following day or afterward. Would say diet was improved. Pasta night before, Pancakes, day of PBJ and snack bar. Ups felt good but I did not enter the canyons Avg pace was 17:09. needed to be better then 18 by the end so may of been pushed in the front
