For the final descent to end, I took a different upper part to have two loops. I also missed a right turn on the big loop to come back so ended up going back up again to next left turn before realized my mistake.  A bit too warm/humid - took 2x500ml hydration + 150ml maple syrup. Could have done with twice as much liquid. Took it as easy as possible (without walking ascents) but still the heat (and lack of endurance) hit me on last big uphill.
