Just checking out The FKT route And ended up getting The crown for the ascent already!
At easy zone 3 for the climb, there's Definitely room for improvement.
But the descent is slower than I thought; Lots of rocks and later on lots of people!
 Definitely need some more Mountain conditioning; The Pure physicality Of running straight uphill for 10 miles and then the pounding of the long descent was not lost on me! 🙃
