Humid, hot. Heavy shoes, but flat repeats today.

Strength training 45min

1 mile repeats. Little misty and cooler out. Speed was up!

Heart rate started high, and I didn't want to come down. 
Blame it on DOMF (fatigue) from those faster mile repeats Saturday and the heavy more explosive lifts Monday. 
I hit my goal paces and walked my CD to get my HR under control. 

Overall, I understand that it was a good session to get out for the heat. 

The silver lining is that I am able to get out and run. 🤔
