BCBR 2024 Stage 4; Nanaimo (the scene of the crime). 5th! Mostly avoided memories of broken arm. Until I saw that tree.
Cowichan River float.
BCBR 2025 Stage 3; Mount Tzouhalem. Technical, rocky, punchy. Felt wobbly, happy to finish in one piece; 6th in age group.
