GLER 50k

First 2 laps with Clint pretty relaxed. Still cool out so it was enjoyable. I left Clint on Lap 3 but I just held the pace we had been going. Too hot to go any faster and my legs were heavy. Lap 4 the heat cracked me. Puked heading up the hill to the Serengeti. Contemplated walking back but quickly realized I just needed to suck it up and finish. Puked several more times but damn it, I got it done. Shout out to Joe and Geez and all the badasses still running. Tough day at the office
