Lone peak. 3:05 to summit. 5hrs 35 mins round trip. 
Brutal-harder than I remembered. Threw up once, took a nap, and got caught in thunder but still hit a PR

Started OK with 500 liquid calories but puked them up 40 min in. Felt sluggish for the next 5 hours, even after a 15-min trail nap. Almost turned around at the cirque, wish I had
Summit views were covered with clouds. Got lost a few times on descent and then heard close thunder which made me push the pace and finally felt decent for the last 4 miles of 17.
