Spartan sprint Ljubljana 🥇🥳

Downpour made everything extra slippery and I will be very sore tomorrow from the 120 burpees I did (monkey bars, spear, twister, beater). Barely saved the rig at the finish with the chicken wing! I thought Spartan was now penalty loops not burpees anymore??

Super fun, remembered why I loved these so much. Maybe I could give ultra champs a try next year, but probably doing a pull up or two in between would not be such a bad idea 😅
