Mountains ain’t goin anywhere

After losing my phone, I desperately met up with Amber Constant and Chase Hall to see if they could pinpoint its location. Technology is truly incredible and we were able to determine the vicinity of its whereabouts along the thick and tangled riverbank. I begrudgingly begged them to whack back in with me to see if we could triangulate this needle in a haystack. Meanwhile, Lexi was putting the finishing touches on rewriting the White Mountains FKT history book, where she smashed the women’s unsupported Direttissima record. Being there for her finish took major precedence, so this was going to be a zero dark thirty mission instead. (Congrats Lexi you badass mofo)

The man, the myth, the legend Chase Hall accompanied me into the Little River valley where we sharpened our wee hour rock hopping skills, while serpentining the riverbank.. cutting to the Chase (no pun intended) this mother fucker finds my phone and MUCH rejoice was had. Chase, you are such a real one for not only stepping up to the plate on this, but for entirely knocking the damn thing out the park. Thank you so much dude. I still can’t believe this all worked out the way it did. We got outta there. I dropped him off at 3:30. Now I’m currently driving 4 hours to work down on the shore of Connecticut. Two hours late. Zero sleep. One hell of a story
