The way Denali National Park works is there is a bus system that goes out 43 miles (will be 90ish by 2027) and you just ask at any point to get off and you just go and hike.

Saw this cool river and valley we wanted to get up to. It had snowed the day before and water levels were higher than normal, wanted to get to a summit, felt pretty unsafe at the first attempt. Went to a second ridge, paused and rethought life decisions, but just went for in climbing hands and knees in the deep snow through a chute. 

Accidentally paused my watch… so the whole hike wasn’t accounted for sadly, but super great views at the top. But slid down the whole mountain back to the river.

Saw a Wolverine in the canyon which was sweet!
