After Lars called me to give me a run-down of his climb up Falling Waters, I decided to go on the URI treadmill to match what he did today. Of course, I didn’t have to hop over rocks or actually set a pace, but it was still a good workout. I’m beginning to realize that training for mountain/ultra races results in a very messy mileage chart where you can’t decide what counts as a run and what doesn’t.

I also let the treadmill run for 60 seconds to get up to speed/grade.
