Sick two days but back!

Hit 5k miles for first time in a year. Beats any previous year by 1500 miles and I still have a month to go. That was my goal when I rededicated to riding back in June 2024. I'm already thinking ahead to next year and have a couple of goals in mind (6k maybe? Better workouts. A 100mile group ride.) all while continuing to up pull ups and pushups to keep building overall body strength. Thanks for everyone who has ridden with me in 2025! Let's get after it even more in 2026!!!!!
