2x1:30/1:30 walking recoveries
4x1:00/1:00 walking recoveries
4x:30/:30 mostly full rests
4x:15/:15 full rests

I should at least be shuffling on these recoveries
Wanted to run my first two 1:30’s around 6:15/mile— significantly overcooked them and was playing catch up the rest of the way :)
Took some extra rest time between the :30’s and :15’s
Maybe not the smartest speed session for me after my long run Wed— as a somewhat old I like my longer recoveries
Good enough though
