“If P1 was riding at a safe speed he could have avoided the collision” really sends me, especially because I was going precisely the speed limit when I got hit. There’s no safe speed if a car doesn’t look, doesn’t put a blinker on until they’re already initiating the turn, and abruptly turns into you. So fucking angry rn.
