Who Wants to Race!?

PLEASE READ! Who else thinks xc mtb races have become too easy?? If the guys who win are riding rigid or very short travel gravel bikes, are you really doing a mtb race???? Or just an off-road, roadie race? QnD summer series at lake hodges is even tame for a GRAVEL ride! I want to start a monthly (or any frequency really) race series where we REALLY ride mtb. Steep climbs, gnarly downhill, features, technical bits, all of it. I want a race that really pushes your mtb skills and hitting the features is the faster line. We would ride around SD county. Daley, PQ, Black mtn, mission trail, sycamore, even out to like cuyamaca, julian, and anything/everything else. I could make a facebook group and post routes and let others suggest routes for our races. Courses being 20-50 miles or so. Please let me know if you’re interested
