48F 7SW.  Northshore announced it has been added to the WIC as a “premium class” event.  Hopefully they have a separate start for Pro Masters divisions, otherwise there will be even more chaos at the start.

Tried a different heart rate elastic strap, but this one was just as over tight.  Sadly, I think the heart rate is real (arrhythmia).  Not good.  I should have stopped immediately.  My resting heart rate was typical low 39.  Hopefully an electrolyte issue?
