Training: Moderate Run w/12 Mile Minimum 

This was a great training run. It had a bit of everything, rugged trail surfaces, challenging climbs, scenic views, riverside running, baby goats, and cool people. One of my personal trademarks I have for EVERY training run is to Finish off the run strong no matter how badly my mind begs me to stop, when I finished this run I absolutely exploded. Puked + Very Loud Dry Heaving, thankfully I was able to hold in the most of it, but brutal to be at the end of a run where you just pushed yourself to the edge, fully out if breath, then you start puking not being able to breath and catch my breath, gnarly stuff.
