4mi prog wu, 4x(60, 50, 40, 30sec) w/ 90 sec easy rep rest, 3min easy set rest, 3mi cd. Started with 4:50-4:40, worked down to 4:40-4:30. Strong crosswind that came heads or tails depending on how the Platte River meandered, but overall great conditions and a good workout. Despite my reputation as being very slow and inefficient over sub-10k speeds, these sorts of workouts have felt surprisingly strong so far.
