Pretty decent run this morning. Kinda regret not going another half mile at the end to get to two hours, but also cut a road in the middle which would have put me closer to 18. 

Started the run with Brandyn and Steve. Lost Brandyn after about two miles as he had to head back to the high school since he was racing this morning. Steve and I continued until about 7.5 when he made a beeline back towards the school with a bothersome achilles. Picked Brandyn back up at 12.5 and we ran together until about my last half mile as he was finishing up his cool down. 

Took a raspberry SiS at about 6.75 which went down well, better than the other flavors of theirs I've tried recently, then took and orange and cream GU back at the school before heading out with Brandyn. That went down okay, but not a super preferable consistency for late in a marathon (maybe okay early though). 

All in all, pleased with the run. Definitely felt a bit tired and fatigued going into it, but currently sitting at 59 in 5, and 79.5 in 7 with some additional hiking and biking as well. Weather was good, course was a little hillier than Sydney (46'/mi today vs 40'/mi), and there was definitely some wind to contend with. Legs seemed more vascular than usual afterwards and arms held a lot of sweat. Still looking for a second person to Prezi tomorrow, but will also plan on trying to front load some miles next week (more than usual) with Loon a week from Sunday.
