KT and I decided against doing the Knife’s Edge and took the Saddle Trail down to Chimney pond; our first blue blaze! There we met Annapurna who had hiked up from the Roaring Fork Trailhead. The trail was great going down and the conversation helped the miles go by fast. We then waited about 30 minutes for GQ, Owl, and their Dad’s to finish Knife’s Edge and then all packed in the car to head back to Katahdin Stream. We said our goodbyes and everyone went homeward bound.
