Cool Down

Back on the loop for the cool down. Mark joined for the first half before dipping out as we crossed the paved sidewalk for me to finish the last 1400m solo. Started losing the left insole and by the time I was done, all my toes were off the front. This happened to my last pair when I was down in Florida last spring, but that pair had nearly twice as many miles. Really hoping this doesn't become a theme, but may try using some hot glue once the shoes dry.
