A glorious morning run in beautiful Payson. The narrow streets remind me of old-school Moab, filled with the quiet charm of history and the beauty of Mother Nature all around me. As my feet hit the pavement and I hear Gus pant beside me, I thank God for how fortunate I am, for a healthy body, a mind I’ve fought to strengthen through battles with mental illness, and the happiness that comes from both. Every breath of fresh air, every step forward, and every sunrise reminds me that life is a gift. I’m grateful for my loyal running partner, the strength to keep moving, and the chance to inspire others to find their own rhythm in this beautiful journey.
