Met sobos Pisses Into Wind (shin splints), Blue, Plate. Chatted with some flip-floppers. Groceries. Netflix. Sunset shows up(!!!) a few days ahead of schedule! Huck in Medford. Indian, dinner, no buffet. Helped PIWs calves. 

Day 46:
Legs and feet feel great after the nearo and zero. Eye seems mostly good. Shuttle out with Sunset. New fire to south, pretty contained, maybe some closed trail 20mi up. Rewalk 5 mi. Meet Stirling, walk with him a bit. Eat too much of overpacked food. Bee sting. Hour of thunder. Trail magic pears! Lightning lookout offers us water. Trail magic pop! Two more bee stings! Tired looking fire crew. More thunder, storm clouds, set up camp at 5. Tent repair immediately fails. Wind picks up. 1 minute sprinkle, then storm dies down. More rolling thunder, then big rain and lightning after sunset. The loudest thunder I’ve ever heard.
